Terms of Use and Membership Terms
SOU Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") for the services (hereinafter referred to as "these services") provided through the website "SOU DIAMOND" (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated and managed by our company, and these terms apply to contracts with users (defined in Article 3; the same applies below) who use the service.
Article 1 Scope and Changes of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Users regarding the use of this Service.

Article 4 Suspension of Use of the Service

Article 6 Purchase of Products, etc.
Users can use this service to purchase products, etc. from our company.

Article 7 Payment Method
The payment amount for the products will be the total amount of the product price including consumption tax, shipping charges, cash on delivery fees and related handling fees, as well as the consumption tax related to these fees.
Payment for products, etc. purchased through this service shall be limited to payment by credit card in the User's name or electronic payment service, or a payment method separately approved by our company (collectively referred to as "Credit Card, etc." below).
If payment is made by credit card, etc., the user shall comply with the terms of a separate contract between the user and the credit card company. If any dispute arises between the user and the credit card company in relation to the use of a credit card, etc., the user and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute between themselves.
Article 8 Return and exchange of products

Article 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The use of this Service and the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
If any problem arises regarding the use of this service that cannot be resolved through these Terms and Conditions or our guidance and response, the Company and the user shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue.
In the event that litigation arises regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
Article 16 Scope of Application of These Terms and Conditions to Overseas Shipping
These terms and conditions apply to all use of overseas delivery services by users (hereinafter referred to as "overseas delivery users"), except as provided for in the following paragraphs.
(1) For users of international shipping, Article 7, Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions (Payment Method) shall be amended as follows:

Membership Terms and Conditions
SOU Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following membership terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "membership terms and conditions") for the membership registration service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") on the website "SOU DIAMOND" (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated and managed by our company, which apply to contracts with Members (defined in Article 1) who use this service.
Chapter 1 Membership Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Members)
In the Membership Terms and Conditions, a "member" refers to a person who has fully understood and accepted the contents of these terms and conditions, applied for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company, and has been approved by the Company. Chapter 2 Membership Registration
Article 4 (Membership Procedures)

Chapter 5 Prohibited Matters
Article 11 (Prohibition of duplicate membership)
Members are not permitted to register twice. If the Company finds that a member has registered twice, the Company may invalidate one of the IDs without the member's consent. In this case, any points accumulated in the invalidated ID will be forfeited.
Chapter 6 Withdrawal and Other Matters
Article 13 (Withdrawal)

Article 14 (Loss of Membership)
