Payment
The following payment methods are available. ■When ordering regular products, you can pay by credit card, Paidy, Amazon Pay, or bank transfer. ■When ordering pre-order products, customized products, or size-ordered products, you can only pay by credit card.

Size Information
Please check according to the " Size Guide ". Please refer to this to make your selection. We use the JCS (Japan Custom Size) standard, which is widely used in Japan, to indicate ring sizes. If you are unsure about the size, we recommend that you measure it with a ring gauge.

About ordering
Once your order is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered within a few minutes. Please check the contents of this email or the "Order History" page in your My Page.
Since this is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
After you complete your order, we will send you an email with the subject "Order acceptance completion notification." If you have not received the email, your order may not have been confirmed or your registered email address may be incorrect. First, please contact customer support via "Inquiries."
About gift wrapping
Please contact us via the contact page and we will respond as necessary.
Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on ordered products as these are made to order.
If the product you receive is of poor quality or has been delivered incorrectly, we will exchange it as soon as possible. We will take the product into our possession and if we find a defect, we will exchange it for the same product only if we have it in stock. If we do not have any stock available for exchange, we will refund your money. First, please contact customer support via "Contact Us" .
About repairs and alterations
We will not be able to assist you until we have checked the condition of the product, so please first contact customer support via "Inquiries" . Customer support will then contact you via the email address you registered. Please note that you will be responsible for the one-way shipping fee for shipping the item to be repaired.
*We may not be able to accept repairs depending on the condition of the product or some products.
*If the order falls on a long public holiday such as Obon, New Year's holiday, or Golden Week, it will take longer than usual.
If the materials are available, we can reproduce only one side. Since this is a made-to-order product, we will need to receive one of the earrings you already own. Production availability differs depending on the product, so please first contact customer support via "Inquiries" .
If you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product, we will resize the item if this is possible. The repair period will be about one month.

About Shipping
Since each item is made to order, we are unable to specify a delivery date and time.
After your order (payment confirmation), delivery will take 90 days.
We are sorry, but we only use Yamato Transport for delivery.
Shipping costs are 750 yen (tax included) nationwide.
If you are not at home, the delivery company driver will leave a notice of absence. Please contact the nearest delivery company office listed on the notice and tell them a convenient date and time for you to pick up the package.
